Hey guys!
The most wonderful time of the year is almost here! For me December is a bit mysterious – all those decorations in store windows, people rushing to get Christmas presents, etc. It brings me back to childhood when you expect something great to happen and it feels like all your best wishes may come true in any second.
If you’d ask me what is my favorite part of Christmas time I would probably answer that I love giving gifts and receiving them! Anyone doesn’t? But the gifts aren’t ready to be presented until they are properly wrapped. I make myself a cup of tea with homemade cranberry jam, turn on Christmas music and begin to work wonders.
As a floral designer, I like making a different style of wrap for each person to emphasize his or her personality. If you care about someone, it would better be wrapped nicely.
For this year packing, I’ve chosen natural kraft paper, some greens such as cedar, fir tree and eucalyptus, cinnamon sticks, jute cord bandage, and red berries for the contrast. And of course I couldn’t ignore the traditional Christmas color, so I picked some red wrapping paper with the cutest pattern I could find. Scroll down to see my gift wrapping ideas!
